Our Mission
The Anchor Retreat is the shared experience and connection point for Christ-centered MBA students who will go on to be the world’s greatest business leaders. A place where students will enjoy God's creation together, be sharpened by faithful senior executives, meditate on scripture in community, and build relationships for the sake of the gospel.
With over 50 Anchor alumni, you will join a tight-knit family of CEOs, PE, VC, & HF investors, strategy consultants, product managers, and non-profit leaders who love the Lord and and intend to leverage their MBAs to make the world a better place.
What We Do
The Anchor Retreat is a unique opportunity for incoming, current, and graduating MBA students to connect, have fun, and be anchored in faith for the upcoming academic year. We exist to foster fellowship between believers within and across MBA programs, equip students to share the gospel on campus, and learn from prominent Christian business leaders about how to integrate faith and work. Our prayer is that this retreat will anchor you in your faith and identity in Christ.
How We Do It
Fellowship: sharing meals, adventures, and how God has worked in our lives
Enjoying God’s creation together: hiking, swimming, adventuring
Equipping: tailored biblical teaching for your life stage. For example, learning how to keep Christ at the center during your MBA or how to love others well in business

Anchor Retreat was the best way I could have imagined starting my MBA program. Getting to be with a like-minded group of fellow Christian MBA's from all over the country was such a treat. I was a little nervous that I was the only one from my school that was able to attend, which made it all the more important to meet other Christian leaders in business.
