Jamila Aubain is a people-centric marketer with a decade of experience growing, elevating, and refining great brands such as Nicorette and Irish Spring. Driven by her interest in healthcare, she spent her foundational years at GSK Consumer Healthcare prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive where she currently serves as a Marketing Director leading partnership and innovation for the North America Home and Personal Care categories.
Jamila enjoys mentoring greener marketers both formally and informally. In her free time, she invests in her local immigrant community by helping them job search and navigate different systems in the US. Additionally, her desire to grow as an intercessor regularly leads her to frequent prayer meetings at the International House of Prayer in Cranford, NJ and Iglesia de Dios Ministerial de Jesucristo Internacional in Elizabeth, NJ.
Jamila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and French as well as an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Rochester. She lives in Union, NJ and attends church at Trinity Christian Center in Elizabeth, NJ.
